I am deeply passionate about supporting women in their healing and personal growth journeys.
My therapeutic work with women is rooted in transformation through self-awareness, connection and empowerment.
Being empowered not only changes your life, it changes the people around you, which then changes the world for the better.
Women long for deep connection to themselves, their loved ones and their communities.
But many women are lacking proper support and role models to achieve their goals.
That’s what I can help you with.
My intention as your therapist is to help you trust yourself, uncover your unique ability to heal, discover wisdom from your challenges, and return to your true nature of wellbeing and vitality.
Become more of who you are. Reclaim lost parts of yourself.
Embody your creativity.
Remember your wholeness.
In my life, the places I could most be myself were intentional spaces held for women. Without the pressure, demands, and competitive nature of current society, I could come home to myself.
I honor what it means to be a woman in the modern world and approach my work from this lens.
That’s why I created a therapy space for women only.
When women connect with their bodies, value the wisdom of their heart and make time for themselves, they start to feel better.
The shame and self-hate lessens. There is room for love and growth.
As a woman, you deserve to feel whole, safe, connected, creative, and in touch with your innate capacity for love.
I am warm, positive, engaging and fiercely dedicated to my clients' growth. Those closest to me have said I am easy to be around, intuitive, peaceful, and grounded.

I graduated from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco with a Masters Degree in Somatic Counseling Psychology and hold a Marriage and Family Therapist license (LMFT #96800) in California. As an undergraduate, I received a Bachelor's Degree in Dance and Psychology at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. I have experience supporting women with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, grief and loss, relationship and intimacy issues, domestic violence, family issues, education and career path, self-esteem and empowerment.
My therapeutic style is relational and influenced by holistic, body-based modalities including: Somatic Psychology, Existential/Gestalt Therapy, Authentic Movement, dance, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.
I have been involved in the local conscious dance community and a number of women's groups. I continue to participate in my own personal growth and healing. I consider my studies a life-long process and integrate all of these experiences into my work.
