Opt-In Process

During the intake process, you be will asked if you would like to communicate via text to confirm or reschedule your appointment or to communicate about any last minute changes (running late to session, illness, or unforeseen circumstances that lead to you not be able to attend session, etc.). You agree to receive SMS messages related to appointment reminders, scheduling updates, care coordination, and practice-related notifications.

Confidentiality note

Text messaging is not a secure or fully confidential communication channel. Please do not share sensitive clinical, health, or personal information via text. For clinical matters, please call 415-841-2737.
